We get 11 bank holidays and 24 days annual leave. My sister was a global director for Abbott and lived in Orange County LA. She made sure she kept her European holidays before moving there.

I noticed that when I went to the States. Old people were still working even do should have been retired years ago. Honestly in Europe we are far from perfect but our work life balance is light years ahead of America.
