I think there was a wording problem with Barrett and Drew earlier. Barrett said Yash can’t put up “all three icons” meaning he can only nom 2 of them and Drew would prob be the 3rd nom. He didn’t mean he knows that the deal includes Dev/Angela too. They also confirmed Melody doesn’t know from Yash

Xena was only supposed to be a 3 episode villain arc on Hercules and die. Got her own series, became bigger than Hercules yet still died after 6 seasons. Oh well! Not over it 25 years later.
