We're proud that the UofG and @shwardle.bsky.social will lead the Gambling Harms Research UK (GHR-UK) Evidence Centre. The work on gambling harms our experts do is extensive and impactful, with lived experience at its core - something which the new Centre will prioritise.
We're launching the UK’s largest independent gambling harms research centre through the Government’s Gambling Levy.

The centre, led by the Universities of Glasgow, Sheffield, Swansea and King’s College London will direct world-leading research on how to tackle and prevent gambling harms.
