If you have anxiety, I do not recommend planning a move to a city 700+ miles away to a rental apartment while simultaneously attempting to buy a property on the other side of that same city.

I just found out that 1. My dad is a Canadian citizen and, by extension, 2. I can be a Canadian citizen.

After my yearling tour of the US that included stops in Pittsburgh, Durango, St. Louis, Albuquerque, Asheville, Detroit, Philly, NYC, Boston(ish), Chapel Hill, and Santa Fe, I’ve settled in Detroit. I’m still at my same gig, but also working with Breakthrough Collaborative to open an affiliate here.

I don’t know whether Maduro was complicit in the drug trade, but I really don’t care. The US has no business invading another country, kidnapping its head of government, and announcing that we’re taking over. Trump has no concept of why rules matter or why he should be restrained. He’s a criminal.

If either or both of the national guard soldiers who were shot in DC today die, the Washington DC District Attorney should charge Donald Trump with felony murder.

There is a TON wrong with the US medical system, but yesterday my 94 year old dad had a lifesaving procedure done on his aortic artery at MGH in Boston and he was chipper as could be a few hours later.

There’s a ridiculous Powerball jackpot again—like $1.7 billion. The odds of winning around something like 1 in 300,000,000. I’m still going to play because wtf. If I won, I could start a charitable foundation and spend the rest of my life helping worthy orgs do their work and that’s a nice dream.
