You ever meet someone who says shit like "I'm glad my taxes paid for your meal"

Like bitch stfu, first of all your tax payments are not more important than everyone else's and second its really weird that a hungry person being able to eat upsets you.

An ancient Egyptian crocodile that bites! 🐊

More than 3,000 years ago, someone carved this crocodile from wood and gave it a movable jaw. Perhaps a child’s toy, it offers a small glimpse into the playful side of ancient life.

On a chilly morning.

Making super soft buttery skillet breads now. The breads have crumpet like texture but really soft. Just flour, yeast a teaspoon of baking powder, a bit of sugar, salt n water like making pancakes. Using butter to cook these in a skillet.

I don’t tap on until I have grabbed a seat. It IS dangerous, and my suburb only has the old trams, not the low floor ones. That is pretty hard for older people. Mum couldn’t get on a tram for years. And drivers do start suddenly.
A fall on a tram cost a passenger his life. Older riders want change
More than three-quarters of passengers who were hospitalised following a fall on a tram were aged 60 or older.

This necklace made of 42 animal teeth is just one of the unusual finds unearthed in a Neolithic burial in Poland. The man was also accompanied by amber beads, a serpentinite battle ax ... and two human heads.

Wonderful ancient artistry!

About 40,000 years ago, this small, graceful horse figurine was carved from mammoth ivory!

Imagine the #IceAge artist at work, sitting by the warmth of a fire, creating what is the world’s oldest known figure of a horse!
