Now we have Sam Cooke Hunter (formerly Peyton) & Joey Hunter (formerly Eli). Joey is for Old Testament Joseph. He was known for his coat of many colors & ability to interpret dreams. Joey is known for being adorable. Here’s to hoping these names stick.

Except for IU winning the college football national championship, this year has sucked. We lost Will & Lucy but now are ready to return to 3 cats.
We’d like to introduce Peyton & Eli. Peyton & Eli are brothers & are 9-10 wks old.
We’ve never had siblings but are excited. #gingercats

We are heartbroken by this news. Lucy was only 11. I thought we found the right insulin level. She was playing all week.
But now she’s playing with Will & meeting the rest of the gang. No more insulin shots. Just having fun.

I used to think Smidge was the lucky one to join your family. I couldn’t be more wrong. Everyone is lucky that Smidge has become a part of our lives.
Last week our family lost our boy Will. I could have used a Smidge hug but instead was blessed by Susie & Taco offering their condolences.

Will passed away this morning after battling cancer for over two years.
I know he is playing with Abby at the bridge & feeling good. No more cancer. I know he loved us & we loved him. It’s tough to say goodbye.
I miss him already so much.
