In the town close to where I live a huge fire destroyed an empty grade 2 listed building, it had been a landmark in the town and had stood for 170 years but been derelict for as long as I can remember

Today I had my blood pressure review

I need to make lifestyle changes apparently
So I walk 3 miles every lunchtime, I run 3 miles at the gym 4 times a week, eat loads of fruit and veg and I have 2 glasses of wine twice a week
I need to cut out the binge drinking apparently

Today I had 2 packs of incontinence pants delivered for my 81 year old mum.
They were left behind the bins by the side of my house.
They were delivered at 16:00 and I get home at 17:00 to find the bins moved and pants gone.
I hope whoever stole them gets some use from them
