Getting out and about in general helps you learn more about the life around you for sure. Collage was very daunting for me to attempt to make friends (I never made college friends). Going to events like those where we are all weird and share the same interests definitely makes that hurdle easier

I've never heard of that, but id suggest making sure you are drinking plenty of water. And if you are able to, diversify your diet, add more fruits and veggies.
