Baiting the player out on hard and staying forgiving on easy sounds like the right split. Good luck with the tuning.

Got it, so the penalty is in how it looks, not in the mesh. Honestly that's enough, a spot that looks off already tells you to stop.

Shade quietly turning one tint grey-brown is such a sneaky one. Moving the shot to 4 pm instead of fighting the material sounds like the right call.

Debris that piles up where it lands would be so satisfying. Curious how you'll keep the voxel count sane once people blast everything.

Makes sense, a shared set keeps the times comparable. Is there a board per maze, or one overall ranking?

Steam Deck as the baseline is smart, if it reads there it reads anywhere. Combat numbers are the worst for that, small and always moving.

Yeah, the copy-paste one. It reads like nobody opened the review. One specific line back beats any polished template.

Standard height presets plus a switch sounds like the sane route, and with anim variants already in you get a lot of combos for free. Curious how the takedown reads on the tallest one.

Good luck with the launch! After the demo, what was the one physics thing players kept breaking that you had to fix for the full game?

Motes being both your economy and your shield is such a good tension. Does the AI ever punish a split like this, or is it still learning to read it?

The little orange accent really does make the text pop against the red. Did you try it on smaller screens too? Tutorial boxes are always the first thing to get cramped for me.

100,000 frogs with physics is a terrifying number. How do you keep that from melting the CPU, do they go to sleep once they settle?

Sandbox racing on a coffee break is exactly my kind of thing. Is the track editor in the beta already, or is it fixed tracks for now?

Keeping the chunk colour from where it was blown out sells it so well. Do the chunks stick around as physics objects, or fade out after a while to save the budget?
October 8, 2026 at 9:14 AM
Yes, honestly more than the reviews themselves. A calm reply plus 'fixed in the next patch' sells me harder than any trailer. A defensive one does the opposite.

Streak of 5 for a new maze is a nice small hook. Are the reward mazes generated fresh for each player, or a fixed set everyone unlocks in the same order?
October 8, 2026 at 8:57 AM
The night shot with the amber rose window is lovely. Did you end up tuning the stone colour per time of day, or is it one material and the lighting does all the work?
October 8, 2026 at 8:53 AM
It cares. The mount is a motor with a fixed amount of torque, so a little gun snaps round and a big heavy load takes its sweet time and can overshoot a bit before it settles. Bolting a whole cabin on it is a valid choice, just a slow one.

Loose objects riding the flow already sounds great, debris tumbling into a fresh crater. If it ever starts moving the goblins too, I'd watch that for hours.

A stowaway camera inside the rat model is the best bug origin story I've heard this week. The rat has earned a cameo now.

Respect, hand-keying a celebration is the fun kind of tedious. Hope it ends up a little over the top, the best ones always are.
October 7, 2026 at 8:54 AM
Reusing the pickup height logic sounds like the right call, one system for how far down do I reach. Hope the camera cut makes it in, takedowns with a little cut always feel twice as heavy.

Over-welding being a thing is a nice touch, it punishes the nervous back-and-forth everyone does. Does it show on the bead too, like a fat lumpy spot, or only in the score?
