Festival fun. Our track warm up challenged a few of our festival goers. Bit of work to do to get some coordination back! #running #runningdrills #warmupexercise

At the festival, we welcomed campers - with dedicated showers, washing up area and fire pit. Everyone had use of the performance gym, 25m pool, lake and running trail. We even trialled a dedicated recovery area with ice baths, saunas and hot tub. #travel #goodvibes #festival

More festival magic, enjoying our local triathlon. We're proud to sponsor it and £30 for an off-road sprint is great value too. Come and enjoy the atmosphere in 2026 for this family friendly event, with a kids race too. #triathlon #triathlontraining #ironmantriathlon #swimbikerun

In preparation for the next day's triathlon, we welcomed the local volunteers for dinner and then enjoyed some fireworks. Not bad for a place in the country! #fireworks #festival #chateau

The first of four challenges, our century ride had 100 mile and 100 kilometre options and some stern challenges, exploring the best the region has to offer. #roadcycling #cyclinglife #swimbikerun #sportsfestival

It was great to watch Stage 8 of the Tour during our festival. Mayenne's a haven for cyclists with its own pro stage race. Why? Quiet roads, smooth pavement and glorious landscapes. Its not easy either - our Festival Ride had over 2,000m of elevation. #bike #tourdefrance #cycling

CPET helps beginners and experienced athletes realise their potential, making training efficient and more effective. The protocols and equipment we use are reliable, research proven and only available in sports performance labs. Even better they're free on most of our camps.
