The president assures the nation he did not lose his balance ..he was pushed by a large geranium. ..I think it's funny ..tho' it's not true. Biden against a large geranium ..odds on the geranium.. Even the moslems are laughing at America. The last time they laughed
was 950 BC.. bit of fun ...

"Virginia Plain" and such musical gems by Brian Ferry
Take us into the depths of our musical dreams. The ones that make our limbs want to go up and down and our emotions want to sing. Even the
" Mona Lisa "wishes she could dance. ..bit of fun ..

Trump says the decision on Iran will be made after the mid term elections . He has threatened annihilation of Iran in the past. If we see America recalling its ships and aircraft carriers from the conflict zone. Would he really nuke Iran ?

Mighty Russia getting a bloody nose in Afghanistan and Ukraine..America getting a bloody nose in Afghanistan and Iran . It's a pattern, two bullies finding no one is scared of them anymore. China fancies a go at Taiwan could this be a third bully getting a bloody nose ? I hope so .

I wonder if "el nino" will make a very mild winter in Ukraine thus God and nature show whose side they are on in this war. If so, both the American and Russian people should get rid of these two geriatric befuddled leaders Putin and Trump and give the rest of the world a break.

Ukraine can be described as a country fighting for its life by more than one enemy. Russia, China,Iran,North Korea and the UNITED STATES on one side
Canada,Japan,South Korea, Europe and the UK on the other. If this war goes bad for Ukraine and Europe. Americans better plan holidays in Russia.

Yes , give licences to explore gas and oil in the North Sea. BUT this time on Norway type agreements . Special low price for UK needs. The rest sell on the energy greedy cartel market.

Weapons is a good example of the first rule of business; produce something everyone wants. Unstoppable long and medium range missiles and the defence capability to stop them is paramount. We can invent them
but we must be partners with

No one under 60 should have any input on the assisted dying bill. Especially an ex tory mp on GB News with the view that we must improve palliative care. A total misconception of the reality. Old people stripped of their dignity, lying in spoiled clothing dying in agony everyday in our hospitals

I am not comfortable criticising NATO. Howevet it is apparent that without America the rest of NATO is leaderless. There is no one to inspire our troops for a fight with Russia. Rutte must be replaced, he is too soft. A military man in Uniform should be appointed to co- ordinate an EU offensive .

Of course we can't train all the bricklayers, plumbers etc to build the council houses we need. What we can do, is design and build prefabricated
2 bedroom single story houses that do not require the traditional trades to build. Give all our unemployed people young and older the training;
Simples !

One thing I would like Andy Burnham to do , is make the Water Utilities Companies fines for pollution, be paid by the shareholders and not added onto the consumer's bill.

Andy Burnham 's social care system that allows people to stay in their own homes would be such a relief for many .The dread of being forced out of your own home to go into a care home full of strangers and lose your home to pay for it, is not only a disgrace but cruel.

If only the catholics and protestants in Northern Ireland would get together and have a carnival once a year
similar to the London carnival and parade through both community areas.

That bastion of Affluence & Influence. Creatures of comfort nestled in a bubble of wigs and ermine. How far can you get from our reality. They blocked the bill on Assisted dying voted for in the commons. Oh! God please wring their scrawny necks for a trice, to feel the helplessness of a slow death.

Pictures of US soldiers on their knees laying the red carpet up to the doors of the plane, for Putin/Trump Alaska meeting were met with incredulity around the world. Of course Xi Jin Ping would expect nothing less. Thus we see US soldiers in dress uniform laying the red carpet upto his plane. Grrr !

The Chagos deal has a familiar wiff of "nothing to see here" when governments hope to pass a bill under the radar of UK media and the British Public. We want to know :
WHY £14 billion, why not £14 quid?
Why not ignore the court ruling
every other country does?
Why not just give it to the Americans?

The UK along with many countries has Safe and Legal routes in many foreign countries for asylum seekers. They are called embassies and consulates. The migrants illegally entering our country by boat know they do not qualify for asylum.
