Alert ⚠️ An ICE officer shot 28-year-old Wilber Rafael Garces Perez in North Austin today after a traffic stop. He was shot in the torso and hospitalized in serious but stable condition. His attorney says Perez, a Venezuelan national, entered the U.S. legally and had a valid work permit.
