How can we hope or expect people to develop racial literacy when approximately 54% of the U.S. adult population reads at or below the 6th-grade level? I don’t really know but I’m thinking about it:

When I first saw Palantir present circa 2013 or 2014, I predicted this would be where things would end up.
The Trump administration is working with private companies like Palantir to create detailed reports on every American, which could help them weaponize our personal information in their quest to deport immigrants and punish critics.
This is a huge threat to our constitutional rights.

This moment in the history of this country is both one of collective amnesia and collective toxic positivity. I mean, we gotta remain hopeful AND we have to see things as they actually are, the reality of the moment requires a clear view. Which is the difference bx being an adult or child-like.
