Timelady Me Sprite

I wanted to redraw my Timelady self in my sprite style to emphasise whimsy.

#doctorwho #timelord #timelady #gallifrey #doctor #timeywimey #sillyhat #nzartist #procreateart #tardisconsolegallifreyan #gallifreyan #tardis
Chibi styled brightly heliotrope, yellow, and purple robe-wearing portrait of the artist stands in front of a space-themed background with the name "Emily" written in TARDIS Console Gallifreyan, a drawing/writing style developed by the artist based on symbols in the Doctor's TARDIS from Doctor Who. She has a ridged helmet and a silly hat/collar that makes her silhouette look like an hourglass. She holds a pocketwatch in her right hand and a mug full of hot coffee that says "Mug of Rassilon" in her left hand.

Next out of the randomiser was Mahou Tsukai/Witchy Pretty Cure, so here is Cure Tej in that style as Cure Dolce.

Ethiopian tej/mead themed magical girl in shades of gold and yellow, with blonde hair, poses majestically in front of a galaxy-themed background in the style of Mahou Tsukai, or Witchy Pretty Cure/Precure.

My randomiser pulled up the latest series, Meitantei/Star Detective Pretty Cure, so here is Cure Tej in the mystery-solving season.

#fanart #originalcharacter #prettycure #precure #cartoon #anime #magicalgirl #digitalart #procreateart #nzartist
Gold/yellow Ethiopian magical girl inspired by Tej (Ethiopian mead) in the style of Metantei/Star Detective Pretty Cure. She has a large spiked collar, a strung vintage design on the bodice, with a large skirt with spiky peplum. Long socks with diamond designs on top, she has a small top-hat fascinator, ruffles behind her hat and body, and plenty of bow designs. Fingerless gloves are worn behind short white cuffs. Her hair has a gradient reminiscent of honey.

Cure Tej in the style of Suite Pretty Cure/Suite Precure, where the theme is music. The ruffles took some time to render!

Hon. Princess Dr. Vyloetta-Mauve Indigoshade Sombrazenith-Lasagne XIII MD MBA who is a parody Mary Sue.

#characterdesign #badcharacterdesign #marysue #duchesscelestia #challenge #fantasy #scifi #hardtoanimate #nonsense #parody #overkill #procreateart #nzartist #cartoon
An overdesigned Mary Sue character wields an impractically oversized storm-gem sword with lightning/cloud effects. She has blue/turquoise/purple gradient hair with pink foils, braids, and two braided space buns, ginger cat ears and tail, gradient purple skin with coloured birthmarks, Hermes wings on her ankles, combination dragon/bat/butterfly fairy wings, imp horns, vampire teeth, and pointy elf ears. She wears a heavily modified school uniform common to New Zealand colleges/high schools, tying the shirt under her bust, with ripped sleeves, a cropped school jersey, a short tartan school skirt with fishnet fabric added on, spiky choker, bracelet buckles, and gold Illuminati belt, a rainbow tie and rainbow fingerless globes, a garter, magenta boots with gold-capped toes, pink buckles, and rainbow laces. She is well-endowed in the chest region and has an hourglass figure.

Knights of Guinevere- Australian Gwen
Australian Gwen isn't seen without her koala, kangaroo, or echidna.

#cartoon #fanart #knightsofguinevere #princessguinevere #princessgwen #gwen #android #themepark #koala #echidna #kangaroo #australia #australian #nzartist #procreateart
Depiction of grey-skinned, blue-haired Princess Guinevere from the series Knights of Guinevere in Dana Terrace's style, wearing a stereotypical green Australian cork hat (but none obscuring her marketable face) with a casual outfit consisiting of a tied-up pink tartan shirt to beat the heat, short powder-blue shorts with pockets and a green croc-skin belt, a green snake bracelet on her right hand, gemstone bracelets on her left hand, she wears an opal necklace with a larger shark tooth necklace- and an anklet akin to a friendship bracelet. She wears thongs/flip-flops/jandals on her feet. She is accompanied by a cartoonish purple cartoon koala, a yellow/green boxing kangaroo, and a pink echidna. She is set against a purple/blue galactic background.

More Emotions, My Way

Time for Sadness and her mopey crew.
One thing for sure, I do like to feel max comfort when feeling miserable.

#emotions #personification #gijinka #me #nzartist #cartoon #chibi #cute #sadness #embarrassment #grief #sickness #doom
Five chibi versions of myself depicting negative emotions. Sadness on the left is hunched over, wearing a purple hoodie, teardrop shades, blue jeans, and purple velcro shoes. She has hair out of place. Embarrassment is next, trying to hide her acne-ridden face in a messy purple hoodie, and has thick-rimmed shades to hide her eyes. Her blue jeans are also messy and she wears purple shoes. Grief is dressed up to attend a funeral with a black hat and a veil, accompanied by a dark magenta flower. She holds a dark magenta shoulder bag, wears a purple cardigan and scarf, with a fancy black and grey skirt. Grief does not bother to wear glasses. Sickness is beside her, sloppily dressed in a grey-purple beanie, robe, and slippers to stay warm. She looks extra pale and tired with a sore stomach, and has also given up on spectacles. Also without glasses, next to her, is Doom- who has given up entirely with dark eyes, dishevelled hair, messy and broken clothes, and one pant leg tucked into her undone shoe. She longs for the mushroom cloud depicted on her grey shirt underneath a purple hoodie. She also wears black pants and pink/purple shoes.

One of the promotional images used for the Winx Club Reboot with the fairies as I would imagine them for my own modern fairy narrative.

Winx Club fairies redesigned in a parody of a reboot poster, Aisha in the top left corner with an outfit inspired by the dancer in Season 1, Musa top centre with a casual, slightly Asian inspired outfit, Tecna top right with a purple bodysuit and glider wings, Flora bottom left with an old-fashioned floral fairy dress, Bloom in the centre with a dragon warrior themed transformation, and Stella at the right with a sun and moon inspired outfit, albeit a bit eclipsed by Bloom like the original poster.
