When Miranda said she needed a #WitchHat I was like "oh that'll be so cute!" But I tried to explain that this fabric didn't quite hit the #cottagecore vibe I thought we were going for. She was unmoved. It HAD TO BE the purple plaid. Atp I've learned to pick my battles. 😅

I had a customer from the Harvest Market DM me asking if I could possibly make a cuff to compliment the one she bought at the show (2nd image). Obvs my cuffs come together very organically with all kinds of little scraps but I think I got pretty darn close! (The new one is the 1st photo)

So I said I was working on more #ghosties but I forgot to introduce you to my first cat ghostie! This is Misfit! She has a tiny treasure trove inside a tree in the backyard where she stashes dried flowers & shiny beads & anything fuzzy that she can get her lil paws on.

Besties & I treated it ourselves to a lil @counterspell.cafe today. I got the Fairy Rose latte which is SO GOOD & a pb & banana cookie which was yummy. Besties both got an apple & black walnut crumble thing, which I obvs tried, & it was also delicious.

Definitely the biggest tail I've made in a long time but it's firmly attached!

More than 15 yrs making dolls & I still get so excited about the colors & patterns mixing that I often forget making one limb out of stretchy fabric & not the other will always cause a case of gigantism 😅 guess we'll have to do a little soft sculpting magic when we get it all sewn up 😆
