Reflecting on the situation it's actually pretty funny but i'm still quite annoyed. Made a complaint, probably won't do jack but it makes me feel a little better at least.

Got in touch a few days back, still waiting for shipping confirmation. Fingers crossed that shipping info comes through by the end of next week. Might chase it up again if not. If that doesn't work? I officially give up.
