Negligence is not that hard to prove , it's just barely anyone worries ab that in DC . That's the truth.
Misconduct in DC has been rampant for many decades, now we have Trump , and still barely anyone talks about accountability for DC officials , using this simple terminology.

I know enough of the enviro. fired 5 attorneys, and helped to suspend 1 indefinitely .. bc they all failed me, so I had to learn .. there are some that I respect, but the big problem is at ABA , for lack of const law and negligence ed.. most att I spoke to, don't know how to prove negligence .

I know that , that is not the point ..the point is that if the more req, they more likely success.. bc when this is over, the crap will hit the fan. I did many, one for the plane crash in DC . If they don't execute, the att for families of the decease have more leeway, and law license .

There’s a clear accountability gap here. Attorneys keep missing it because they’re not trained deeply in constitution & prof negligence. ICE’s operational failures are well‑documented, and they fall outside anything qualified immunity was meant to shield from
