My least favorite part of the day is getting up my kids in the morning.... like why tf does school start so early? So much development happens while they sleep. And saying "just get them in bed early" is not always realistic.

I have been working out only a few days and completely changed most of my diet and what I an consuming and while I do not see a physical change yet. I do feel a lot better. Let's hope i can stick to this especially with so much travel this weekend.

I think ppl think I make up stories about my childhood... but like.. I legit was doing some crazy shit from ages 8-18. LMAO. I grew up in the bay... everything was a simple BART ride away, everyone my age was related to club promoters, djs or some sketch ppl that were cool af. I miss the diversity.
