imagine snuggling at the bottom of the cozy shallow part of a lake looking up at the sky through the ripples on the surface and then your partner contracts a little and lets out a few bubbles

the dynamic of a couple underwater but only one needs to hold their breath because the other has natural water breathing is so neat
not even a "you're not going back up" type situation just snuggling and hanging out. I think that's cool as hell there's an intimacy to trusting someone with your air
