When I woke up, Wily gave me a long cloak to wear. Apparently all the Wily numbers get cool cloaks to look imposing and intimidating on special occasions.
It even made Twinkle Girl look intimidating.
...Unfortunately, all mine did was reduce my speed during flight. So I ditched it.
