I've now tried all 3 Nobu restaurants in Vegas - Caesar's Palace, Virgin, and Paris casino/hotels and can say the Caesar's location is best for ambience and food quality, but all are good! Here's a few plates from the omakase we had at the Paris location recently.

Current card lineup loses the second Citi AA Plat card that used to be Barclay's Red. I've also just added the AMEX Hilton Aspire card with a 200,000 honors points signup bonus! Probably one of the best hotel cards out there. Might also convert the Surpass card to another Aspire card next year.

Current card lineup loses the second Citi AA Plat card that used to be Barclay's Red. I've also just added the AMEX Hilton Aspire card with a 200,000 honors points signup bonus! Probably one of the best hotel cards out there. Might also convert the Surpass card to another Aspire card next year.

Just tried a new Korean-style fried chicken place down the road here in SW Vegas. Was real good.. give their tenders and their waffles a try!

Changes to my card lineup - closed my Cap 1 Spark 2x - Cap 1 wouldn't let me product change nor get approved for Venture X, so, done with them. Barclays AA card now a CITI AA Plat card, and I have two until I can change it to another card. Also got the CHASE INK Biz Preferred to earn 100k UR points!

Love going to Coronado Dog Beach and letting the fuzzy knuckleheads run about. Beautiful day and we all enjoyed our time there.

A couple day stay at the renown Kona Kai Resort on Shelter Island in SD. Great view from the room, a nice welcome gift for booking via the AMEX FHR program and of course, the dogs have settled in quickly. It's a great area to walk the dogs and get some fresh air.

Booked a trip from LAS to DEN in July and found that my usual airline to fly the route (Southwest) is now a hundred dollars more than flying United, where I know I'll get a better flying experience overall and since I carry a United CC - one checked bag for free. SWA has seemingly lost its way.

Another road trip to LA to see family and then a short trip to SD where we'll stay at the famed Kona Kai Resort. The dogs will also get to run free on Dog Beach!

Last full day here at Los Suenos and we spent it down by the water where we ate at Lanterna again, drove to Jaco for a bit of shopping, and also enjoyed the pool and sun! All in all a great time in this tropical paradise.
