I'm doing the Big Climb again this year! (I think. Depends on how my wife is feeling as she recovers from surgery.)

Honors my Big Sis (Lawndoodler for those that knew Evvy).

We climb the Columbia Center next Sunday. I'd be honored if you'd consider a donation. Thx.

Had a GREAT time today climbing the Space Needle for Base 2 Space to raise money for Fred Hutch.

Thinking of my Big Sis, Evie, and all of the cancer warriors out there.

A bonus: The Lombardi Trophy! Evie was a HUGE @seahawksofficial.com fan, so this was an awesome surprise.

Big Climb next!

Took some PTO today to hit the hills. Naches Peak loop from Tipsoo. My favorite trail in the world.
The Mountain was out! And so was a black bear.
I've done this trail at least 20 times in my life. First bear.
Life is good.

And if you're interested in climbing the Space Needle, Base2Space is September 27. You can join #TeamSunrise!
My new best friend, as I prepare for Base2Space.
Climbing the stairs of a Seattle icon to raise money for Fred Hutch Cancer Center. My Big Sis (Evie) got treated for leukemia by Fred Hutch, so this is near and dear to my heart.

I'd be grateful for a donation: runsignup.com/teamsunrise2...
Thanks.

Well, I did a thing. Had foot surgery in July and wasn't sure I'd be able to make it. But my foot's starting to get better, so I did Base2 Space to honor my Big Sis, and raise money for Fred Hutch.

Donations are open for another few weeks if you want to support. Thx.

@soundofhockey.com
GREAT interview with Matt Murray. Getting excited for the season, and appreciate the 5-star content through the off-season.

I joined the Sound of Hockey team for the Kraken 5K, but I'll be out of town. Sorry I won't be there the day of the event. Next year!

Got a chance to finish moving back into my office after taking leave this fall. (Been working in it...just hadn't re-decorated.)

So...uh...I think I'm a purple-blooded University of Washington alum, as I have no less than 18 UW items on the walls or shelves.

Go Huskies!
