But why not give alt text for every picture in order to include visually impaired people? It is only a small effort for the person posting and a huge help for certain users of this platform.

Indeed. And the people who did, usually aren't interested. It is very frustrating. I'm not visually impaired myself, but I try to imagine what it feels like if a post is just a black hole 😭

Yes. Especially important if the whole text is a picture. Talking about kindness but not bothering with alt text is hypocritical.

Krankenkassen wie beispielsweise die BKK firmus stellen als Satzungsleistung ein zusätzliches freies Impfbudget von derzeit 500€ jährlich zur Verfügung. Aus diesem würde beispielsweise auch ein zuvor privat bezahlter XFG erstattet werden.

Das war vielleicht eine Verwechslung mit mNexspike von Moderna?
