Since it's America's turn to suffer under a heat-dome, I'm reposting this with a plea for everyone over there to drink a trackable amount of water every day, *particularly* if you're not thirsty! Thirst can't be trusted when heat and stress have messed your body up. 🔥🙏
If you're here in Europe right now, squashed under this merciless heat dome, you're probably pouring with sweat.
That means you're losing water like a burst dam, & need to drink more water than usual to replace it.
What happens if you DON'T do that?
It's absolutely bloody terrifying.
