Get a life, you idiot. It's obvious to anyone familiar with the case that the unreleased files are irrelevant, inconsequential, or can't be released for legal reasons.
Furthermore, nobody is going to be charged with anything - again, largely to do with legal reasons. You need credible & sustainable evidence, you need witnesses, you need complainants, & you need defendants who are alive & accessible. But, in a word, you need a 'compelling' case.

I agree. He is a jerk. Military service personnel know what they're possibly in for when they enlist & it's psychologically difficult. These were attempted suicides & probably wimps who couldn't stand the pressure, so they were just trying to get off the vessel instead of doing their duty!
