One of the ideas I've had for Cyberpunk 2077 smut is a subdermal override button your partner can push that just forces you to get hard.

Her body stiffens in panic at the realization that, with the onesie flap’s buttons popped off, she won’t be able to conceal her exposed vagina from the other students unless she holds the flap closed, which will draw further attention to her embarrassingly disempowering and infantilizing outfit.
