I visited Tipsoo Lake in Mt. Rainier National Park on the hunt for mountain reflections and alpine wildflowers. The cloudy sky prevented any reflections of Mt. Rainier, but I did discover an abundance of wildflowers! This painting captures the beautiful blooms up close, in impressionistic color.
