Deconstructed sheet pan lasagna was a definite hit!!! We have recently switched to organic produces/produce. (Name: Bionaturae {made in Italy}, we also use there tomato sauce) and it makes all the difference in the taste of our dishes!! This recipe is definitely a keeper! #bbqmunity

Grocery Store vs Umi Sushi … Umi Sushi won for the freshness but the grocery stores was fairly decent just a little blah.

5:45am this morning and I got my girl BlackBetty fired up. But she’s being a bit temperamental this morning because of the cool temps outside (so frustrating for a long and slow cook). But we will get her there! Smoked pork butt is today’s goodie!
