My husband read to our three sons at night before bed. Until they were in high school. The books grew along with the boys. Moby Dick, some Edgar Allen Poe, Robinson Crusoe. Such special times.

I have a feeling there will no longer be midterm elections. I have a feeling that elections are not coming. Ever again. Good God! This is happening. Everything hurts. At least nobody in my family has been shot yet. Yet.
