✋Op shop lover here. May even be an addict as I struggle to go past without a cruise by the racks. Today I saw these three Australiana creamer jugs - two koalas and a kookaburra. They just look very happy to BE, with joyful innocence and wonder. Milk pouring out of them would be a little odd.

Feel I haven’t been around Bluesky much lately. Here’s a picture of my dog fishing at Hampton Beach, #Melbourne. It was overcast and quiet - mostly collies and working dogs doing their kms - and so calm. The water was NOT warm but my Goldie did not care. (BEST veg Guru Burgers at beach shack here.)

I find this such a jarring headline. It could just have easily been, ‘Iran seeks alignment with Europe on regional peace and oil supply.’

His progeny are evil too.
One week after the Iran War began, Jared Kushner & Doug Burgum helped Murdoch, an architect of the Iran War (see prev post), celebrate his birthday in grand fashion. Ivanka, Tony Blair, Rishi Sunak, Jessica Tisch, Glenn Youngkin & Bill Barr also attended...

This whole thread is such a creepy entanglement of those linked to Epstein, the current US administration, Murdoch, Blair, UK politicians and royalty, Isreal, and compromised individuals willing to do anything except face the consequences of their actions. Clean it up already.
Facts that once you learn them, suddenly the entire past decade of American politics makes sense:

- Roman Abramovich bought a Tel Aviv apartment for Putin's childhood teacher

- Pete Hegseth's previous boss Rupert Murdoch is currently married to the mother of Abramovich's wife until 2017...

Nice camouflage! I don’t think we have talking/clicking geckos in melbourne, do we?
Cute #gecko doing its best to blend in on a tree in suburban #Melbourne this afternoon.

For 30+ years I'd never seen a gecko in the wild here, but increasingly noticed them over the last decade.

Turns out there are actually 10 species here in Victoria - nine native and one introduced.

I'm convinced AI is our generation's radium - a discovery with genuinely useful applications in specific, controlled circumstances that we stupidly put in everything from kid's toys to toothpaste until we realised the harm far too late where future generations will ask if we were out of our minds.

Good policy - not politics. Free public transport for youth and seniors helps kids get to school, reduces isolation and positively impacts people with fixed or no income. Would be great to extend it to TAFE/Uni students too.

The footage out of Sydney overnight is abhorrent.

Peaceful protesters set upon by an army of police, punches thrown at people with raised hands, people praying ripped from their knees.

Is this violence the social cohesion that Labor wanted?
