because i just KNOW if i was a man they wouldn't even bother me with half the stupid shit they come to me with. they would simply figure it out themselves

it's this particular brand of learned helplessness that some men have towards women and people they perceive as such, where they expect them to bend over backwards for them, and it lowkey drives me crazy. and then they act confused when i hit them with a blank stare and "idk man 😐"

i know these things may sound trivial, but there are SO MANY little things just like this that my male coworkers do to piss me off. and i think it boils down to them not respecting me as an AFAB person and expecting me to think for them or overextend myself for their benefit.

or sometimes they'll be like "uhh i accidentally wrote this up wrong on my paperwork and now all my work documentation for the week is inaccurate. what should i do? 🥺👉👈🫶" like idk get good maybe? and not expect me to solve your problems for you?

i write so many things up every single day, do you honestly think i would be able to remember when your repair order was written up?? and who picked it up after i finished it?? ABSOLUTELY NOT LMAO. i can barely remember the last one i did. it isn't being stored in my memory like that bro
