I see folks like Todd Blanche, Mike Johnson and Lindsey Graham on Sunday shows. There's plenty of evidence that they use such platforms to lie constantly. Giving them a megaphone to spread their lies is the opposite of journalism which is about seeking the truth. It's irresponsible & damaging.

Your regular reminder that when David Duke ran for statewide office in the early 1990s, the MAJORITY of white Louisiana voters pulled the lever for him. This was AFTER they’d seen the pictures of Duke in a Klan outfit and a Nazi uniform.
Louisiana is 33% Black and has six congressional districts.
Yet in the past 149 years, they've just had 4 Black congressmen. All of whom are still alive.
And that's too many for Louisiana's white Republican leaders.

Virginia Gov @abigailspanberger.com and Democratic legislature should pass immediate legislation to redistrict anyway. If the old confederate states can do it post Callais - so can Dems in Virginia if they care about saving our democracy.
