Pepito’s artist Papá, José, envisions their fishing village as a mosaic masterpiece but amigos giggle or run away. When their casita is covered with sleeping mermaids, floating fish and crowing roosters, villagers join in to create a kid-like fantasyland now called Fusterlandia.
