Started my cycle last night don’t even bother me because I literally have the claws out.

I’ve been learning to be patient with other people’s communication styles. That it always isn’t about me and how I want things to be communicated. It’s very freeing but also requires a lot of patience and vulnerability. To be able to check yourself in moments and ground yourself again.

I can’t wait to go on this cruise next week. Vacay is def needed
