Como es evidente que el juez no está pagando ninguna suscripción enterprise a OpenAI, os recuerdo que los datos de esa sentencia y de cualquier otra que haya redactado van directitos a entrenar modelos nuevos.
El órgano descarta imponer una suspensión por falta muy grave.
