Stepping out of my comfort zone and gifting a bottle of my Bourbon that’s been 5 years in the making to someone who’s palette for whisky’s I respect. Looking forward to reading his final notes on it. I think I make a solid spirit hoping he thinks the same 🥃

Get a brain injury , it’ll be fun they said …also get brain radiation necrosis , that’ll be fun and what could go wrong .. less than 3.5 hrs sleep a night , that’s what could go wrong . This is my life until I die . But , it could be worse . This makes it near impossible to train for fencing 🤺

There are no words to describe the exhaustion and mental duress I’m experiencing at the moment… in hindsight I would not have the brain surgery.. this side effect just isn’t worth it.

Up since 2:06 … I honestly don’t know how much longer I can go on with little to no sleep .. the TBI, TIA’s , brain damage and tinnitus are destroying me . That is all ..have an awesome day all you beautiful well rested peeps on my TL .. namaste 🙏🩷🌹
