Needed a break from boxes and gestures, so I decided to play around with my acrylic and copic marker. Had a lot of fun just experimenting with colours. Who would have thought that yellow and pink go so good together. At least I didn't. #art #sketch #colors #acrylic #painting #Artsky

Construction practice in April. Took some Pinterest refs and turned them into anatomy studies. Had fun?! Tbh they sometimes suck the life out of me. I wish they would be a bit more fun, so I can get more mileage in. #art #sketch #anatomy #practice #improvement #ArtSky

Oh and I made a gengar keychain for my pencil case. #art #sculpting #keychain #pokémon #gengar #ArtSky

Wanted to draw Pokémon. Drew Gengar. Not much else to say tbh. Had a lot of fun with the gestures. Some are from reference and some I came up with myself. #art #gengar #pokémon #sketch #artbook #ArtSky

Beans and gestures. I find the Proko bean very useful to make sense of the upper body. I always draw one before constructing. #art #sketch #gesture #study #practice #drawing #ArtSky #sketchbook

More W.I.T.C.H fanart. Had so much fun exploring her. Wanted to do an illustration, but told myself I wasn’t ready yet (aka too afraid to fail). Not giving up that dream tho. #art #witch #sketch #oc #fanart #drawing #ArtSky

W.I.T.C.H fanart!!! Made a witch oc and had a small breakthrough with this sketch. Ive always been afraid of drawing bodies, but I am slowly overcoming that fear. #art #witch #sketch #oc #fanart #drawing #ArtSky

Boxes boxes boxes. After February I decided to work on my fundamentals in order to improve. #art #sketching #sketchbook #ArtSky #boxes #drawing

Another February Throwback. Was inspired to draw HIM from Powerpuffgirls, had a lot of fun playing with my Copics and pencils. Really love the art style of the show, so I had to study it. All drawn from reference

Dogs anyone? Again studies from Pinterest. Still having fun and getting back into drawing.

No cats today unfortunately. I really need to work on my sketchbook compositions, luckily I remembered how to use Photoshop. So here we go. Another Pinterest study from February. I still really like those faces.

And this, people of the universe, is a sketchbook finished. Just took me 14 years, no biggie. I am always in awe when people finish a sketchbook within a year or less and say "It took me such a long time"

Another sketchbook dump from February. Loving a diabolical cat #art #sketchbook #cat

After 6 years of barely drawing, I finally picked up the pencil again in February. Haven't stopped ever since, but I sure as hell wanted to XD
