If they can't live in society with decency and without doing crimes, then they should be taken out of society. End of discussion.

And we treat it as if it's nothing. It's insulting and disgusting. The victims of rapes should be protected and helped, not shamed into oblivion or death. And rapists should be punished and sent to jail.

As if rape was a nothing event happening to people. As if it was just like a little kid scratching their knee when falling off of a bike and you'll forget about it a few days later. This event changes the victim from inside out, entirely, destroy their lives and livelihood.

No one ever talk about how the victims will most likely develop PTSD from the event. Unable to sleep or trust anyone or even continue their studies... End up killing themselves or end up drug addicts to have a semblance of control over their life. It's disgusting.

They can prevent it. They can stop themselves. But they don't want to, because there's no consequence of doing so.
Society punish the victims when they say "But it'll destroy their futures!" as if the future of the victims wasn't entirely destroyed by their rapists.

Also, let's not forget that the youngest mother in the world was 5. She was raped at 4. Was it her fault, Really? Did she drink? Go out to clubs? Party and wear clothes that are considered "slutty"? Asked for it?? No. A man, just choose to rape a little girl.

in the long run, banning libraries would be detrimental for everyone, not just the writers. The literacy issues would probably balloon as well because of that. I can get being angry that not everyone buy our books because they're available for free, but we're angry at the wrong system here.

Piracy isn't a morality issue, it's often an availability issue. If we banned libraries, piracy would more than double because people can't get their hands on some books. Piracy is often prevalent where certain books aren't shared because of languages issues or because X or Y book is banned.

A bunch of the books I read there, I ended up buying them afterwards when I was an adult because I liked them and they marked me! And for some people it's the only way for them to read books that doesn't involve piracy, which THAT is much more detrimental to the writers.

Personally, I prefer buying my books than going to the library MOSTLY because I forget to give them back the damn book, but I also have free spaces in my bookshelf to be able to do that. Not everyone has that, I used to love going to the library when I was a kid as well.

THIS. My mom and my aunt are probably carrying the local library we have in the village since they go there at least once a week. And more than once when they asked for a book and the library didn't have it, and neither did the others in the same system, the library bought the books.

Since you seem to have 2 displays, I suppose both of them blink at the same time. Are they all plugged in the same power-bar/outlet? Did you try to swap that power-bar if you have one? Or plug the Displays on their own outlet, away from the PC if it's not already done?

Heya!
Did you try and monitor the heat of your PC? Both for the CPU and GPU? Just in case?

Also if it's only the display that dies out, I doubt the PCU is the issue because that would shut down everything, not just the graphics.
