A lot of well-meaning cis folks "debated" gender-cranks by yelling "horsechair" and "no one thinks trans people change sex" at them, and all it got us was a pan-Western panic trying to define us out of law anyway because accepting their terms of engagement does not defeat fascists.
you do not actually need to debate fascists what's more you should not debate fascists & you should definitely definitely definitely not think that debating fascists online is a form of activism or organising because it is not
