BLink-seq is out! Linked-read sequencing that brings phased whole-genome data to non-model species at population scale. We show it phases haplotypes and detects SVs, revealing previously undocumented structural complexity in an adaptive Atlantic silverside inversion.

it was an honor to present some of my current thesis work at #CSEE2026 last week! lots of amazing conversations with such cool people and exploring toronto was equally fun 🧬🐟🤗🗺️
