Chronic pain (and illness) patients experience this as a constant stream of “oh no, how awful, have you tried physical therapy/marijuana/ibuprofen”?
There are two reasons this sucks. One: of course we have tried these things.
Two: the exhaustion of dealing with this keeps us from talking about it.

I hope ppl realize that when someone says "This is the situation" and doesn't ask for advice that A) they're not asking for advice, so don't offer any, but also B) when you offer really basic advice it's fucking insulting because do you think the person involved has never considered anything before?

i think if a tv show gets canceled prematurely, and their last episode ends on a cliffhanger, the studio should legally have to allow the writers to tell the public what would have happened if the series continued to its natural end.
