Training sticks when it is built on a team's own documents. Bring the real procurement policy, the real customer emails, the real report template. People leave having already done a piece of their job faster, which beats any generic demo.

Hands-on AI tip: before asking a chatbot to draft anything, name the audience and the decision. 'Write a board update' gets waffle. 'Write 150 words for a board deciding whether to extend our pilot' gets something usable.
