Usually you can right click the game and go to the installation folder and launch the executable directly without any issues. I often do this for *AHEM* archival purposes :D

Searches for games with DRM only lead me to lists of DRM-free games and I always assumed that the Steam DRM is just the launcher which can be circumvented by launching the game directly

Ah, I see - could you give me an example of one of those games? I've never encountered a game with the Steamworks DRM protection in the wild, only third party ones - probably because my game library was limited anyway since I grew up with Linux (luckily dxvk etc. exists now)

I don't think the difference between the two is that big, but I'd be interested in hearing more if I missed something!
Most Steam games are DRM free too and can be launched directly from your hard drive - and those that do have DRM in most instances don't exist on GOG at all.

Ohhh, scheinbar wurde die Serie überhaupt nicht in 1080p gedreht und somit gibt es zwischen Blu-Ray und DVD in den ersten drei Staffeln keinen Unterschied?
