I need to stop using the 'fill' tool as much and actually start painting in the image more, I'm worried I'm becoming way too reliant on it and need to start painting it more myself.

Watching Chainsaw Man Reze Arc movie with friends and wanted to draw Makima, grabbed the colours and such from references but wanted to share the sketch, I'd really like to finish the whole thing at some point ^_^

Trying some new brushes to see how they feel, loved some but wasn't a fan of a couple, some of the poses were recommended by friends while others I just googled 'simple anime poses' for references

And finished!!!! I think the shading could be better but I'm happy with it, especially as my first(?) nsfw piece. She looks great and I'm definitely getting better with eyes. Overall extremely happy the practice paying off for her and poses/perspective.

yknow... one of the main reasons i turned to digital work was the lack of proper work space to paint comfortably.
thankfully this year i'm moving to a more than adequate space with propel tools and light setup so i'm thinking... imma get my hands nice and dirty once again XD

Definitely gonna try and finish this over the next couple of day, i also want to draw Kai smushing Eclipses face, then eventually I want to just try and power out some sketches, get more comfortable and quicker with drawing some things.

As for attempt number 3? 4? I'm a lot happier after going away and looking at some things, gives more of an idea of what she's resting on, the indents in the bed, tried 3 different attempts with the eyes and no idea how I'm going to do the toes

Found this pose online that I really wanted to try and recreate for Eclipse, attempt 1 was... less than good >.> but gave me an idea of what I wanted with the legs crossing, getting more of a body angle and messing with well.. messy hair

Lots happened over the last few days thats led to a lot of practice, but also I fell on my left hand and massively bruised it, sprained my ankle and bruised forehead all from falling into my desk and door because I stood up and my foot was asleep >.>
