Hacía ya un par de días que me habían roto la silla por accidente y llegué al punto de usar una pelota de yoga como silla porque no podía con la espalda. Hoy, por fin, uso por primera vez en los últimos 15 años una silla nueva y mi espalda nunca había estado mejor, tengo soporte lumbar 🥹
