Feeling good these days. I am down 19.5 pounds in 9 weeks, and I am more active than I have ever been. Feels good, man. Gratitude to @horrorbuns.art for inspiring me to get better, and thanks to @peppercoyote.bsky.social for being the soundtrack to my efforts toward the goal.

I woke up this morning feeling incredible. With a solid month of a healthy caloric deficit, more water than ever, and 8-10k steps a day.... I am down 10.6 pounds. 14% of the mission is complete. Here's to May.
