i had health issues the entirety of last year, and it has only gotten worse the past few months. to the point where i had to suddenly quit my job last week.

Hypothyroidism !!!!
Hypothyroidism can be chronic, or temporary. I unfortunately have hashimotos - an autoimmune disorder where my immune system attacks my thyroid, which gives me chronic Hypothyroidism. There's not a cure- but I take daily medicine
