i don't believe talarico is a bigot. im pretty sure he isnt. but if he apparently "has to" answer bad faith questions in a way that appears to compromise on the rights of one group of people being repressed to get elected, it's fair to ask what else he will "have to" do once he's in office

I think James is 10x better than Paxton. There is no comparison in the slightest. And saying he just a bit above it doesn’t help. He is better. You can’t please the far left, nothing is ever good enough. Moderate on cultural issues and push for economic populism. Moving further left has done harm
