Lovely day down at the beach. As all the schools are back and holiday season (UK version, I know that means something else in the US) is officially over, I get the place practically to myself.

Got kicked out my account for some reason, but finally Mum found the password to get back. This was me and Jay last weekend. She is moving to another part of the UK soon. I will really miss her!

Spa day to deep clean me, in the hope that my itchy tail and rear end will be helped. Paws crossed it works and we can ditch the blow up collar.

Am in the dog house, and having to wear the rubber ring of shame, as I have gnawed holes in the fur on my tail as am so very itchy with mites have picked up from ducks, swans and geese in the ponds and rivers I swim in 😭

What a lovely way to cope with the heatwave. River and mud to keep cool. And the 6 bath towels to clean and dry us will take no time at all to dry when hung out. Not that I am offering to do the laundry 😳

Kibble fishing is better when you have someone with a better aim. Got a noseful of water, a perfect catch and one that got away (will lose sleep over that one 😩).

The vet nurse was (IMO) a bit over cautious after taking blood. On the plus side the bandage is leading to sympathy treats from everyone we meet 😋

Mum is tormenting me again! She could easily have gone for carrot cake - carots are good for dogs - and shared. But oh no, she goes for chocolate and nuts 😤
