Had the darndest revelation while talking to a mate.
The "headnod" was just a guy thing and thinking back since I started presenting femme I have not gotten a Nod unless I was driving a car. Guess when you have 1.5 tones of steel you have to get a headnod and be recognized as Dangerous.

Had someone give me permission to talk about the things that have been troubling me. I broke down almost instantly its been hard and holding that stuff back was very taxing. Feeling physically lighter which is a great sign of #emotional healing from #Abuse Feeling drained but in a good way now.

This time last year we were just surviving after losing the reason to keep living. It was a very rough time and took a month from here before we started to bounce back and begin to live again. I feel the weird times I know they get better does not change how we feel now.
